Who runs atumpan.com, what it collects and the terms for using it. The Atumpan app has its own privacy notice and terms, which you'll see before you sign up.
Who We Are
atumpan.com and Atumpan are run by Nkonso Technologies Ltd, 10A Mega Street, Adentan, Accra, Ghana. Write to us at hello@atumpan.com.
What This Website Collects
- No cookies, no tracking. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts and loads nothing from other companies. The light or dark choice you make is kept in your own browser.
- The early-access list. If you join, the form (run by Agoo Forms, part of Nkonso) collects your email, the @username you'd like and the phone you use. We use them only to invite you to Atumpan and keep you posted about it, and delete them whenever you ask.
- Our servers' logs. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages keep short-lived technical logs to keep the site safe and working.
Your Rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@atumpan.com and a person will answer. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
Using This Website
The words, pictures and the Atumpan name and mark belong to Nkonso Technologies Ltd or the people who license them to us. Photos show models, not Atumpan users. Please don't copy them without asking. We describe Atumpan as carefully as we can; the app's own terms are what apply when you use it.
